Odyssey Channel to Air Resurrection Service Live from Flushing, NY

New York, NY - The Odyssey Channel, the national cable network will air the Greek Orthodox Resurrection Service and Divine Liturgy LIVE! from St. Nicholas Church, Flushing, New York on April 18. His Eminence Archbishop Spyridon, Primate of the Greek Orthodox Church in America, will celebrate, assisted by local clergy and the choir of St. Nicholas.

Thousands of Greek Orthodox faithful will participate in the Service which will begin on Saturday evening, April 18th at 11:30 PM Eastern Time and will be on the air until 1:00 AM Eastern Time April 19th. An edited one- hour version will air the following Thursday, April 23rd at 11:00 PM Eastern Time.

Produced by Greek Orthodox Telecommunications (GOTelecom), in cooperation with the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese Department of Communications, the program will feature video highlights of Holy Week and will be narrated in English.
