Clergy meet with Archbishop

Members of the Archdiocesan District Clergy Syndesmos, comprised of the fellowships of Long island, Manhattan-Brooklyn, Queens, Upstate New York, Connecticut and Washington, held their first official meeting with Archbishop Spyridon since his enthronement, on May 12 at Holy Trinity Church in Hicksville, N.Y. Fr. Paul Palesty, Syndesmos president, said that In addressing the clergy, the Archbishop emphasized the importance of renewing their concept of service to the Church with humility and being of one mind.
