Your Eminences,

Our Holy Synod, who number in seven (7) of the Holy Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Archdiocese, Blessings of Kiev, in Exile, humbly and sincerely request your due diligence and confirmation to our current status as members in S.C.O.B.A. and in good standing. We were originally recognized as a member in 1960 and documents substantiate this.

All the pertinent ecclesiastical documents have been submitted to the S.C.O.B.A. secretary, Fr. Gregory Havrilak at the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese in New York.

There are two issues:

First to address A.) Has our Jurisdiction become unrecognized due to any recorded action of record since 1960? Did Archbishop Palladios our hierarchal leader resign our Jurisdiction from S.C.O.B.A.?

After and upon confirmation please address B.) Our current Holy Synod of Bishops have canonical status, with credentials in normalized propriety.

This is our second attempt to clarify these matters, beginning with the chairmanship of Archbishop Spyridon. The Patriarch of Constantinople is aware of our request for normalization and has advised our apprising Bishop Demetrios of same.
